Stop Bullying!

ALL people are shocked and could not believe when the tape was aired on almost all television. A number of cadets Institut Pemerintahan Dalam Negeri (IPDN) lined up neatly. While some of their seniors, with a vengeance to hit the gut them one by one with fists, like a professional boxer who was punched sansak. Some with similar styles of kung fu warriors, jumping, kicking the chest of their juniors who seem resigned to just grimace and bear the pain that is not terperi. Why is violence more familiar to us? Why do many people now irritability and rage?

Sadly, scenes of violence that was exhibited by the cadets IPDN was easily forgotten. As if our memories so short. We easily forget, and more wretched again we do not want to learn from experience. Violence in IPDN earlier, for example, does not make us introspective. Though these events received widespread attention and became the center of attention of the press during weeks. Until then the same events over and over again and cause more casualties.

Lyric: LOVE by Nat King Cole

Today is valentine day, so I wanna write some "love" thing...  :)
...

L is for the way you look at me
O is for the only one I see
V is very, very extraordinary
E is even more than anyone that you adore and

Love is all that I can give to you
Love is more than just a game for two
Two in love can make it
Take my heart and please don't break it
Love was made for me and you

(trumpet instrumental)

Lyric: The Rose

Some say love, it is a river,
That drowns, the tender reed.
Some say love, it is a razor,
that leaves, your soul to bleed.
Some say love, it is a hunger,
An endless aching need.
I say love, it is a flower,
And you it's only seed.

The Associate

This one is boring. The works of John Grisham is usually serious and "heavy", because nearly always the theme of law school, legal cases, full of legal jargon, and the intrigues surrounding the criminal case or civil charges. Nevertheless, he usually managed to bring the feeling of wonder or suspense.

Unlike this one, "The Associate". He carried the theme of blackmail against a candidate for a new attorney who will be graduating from law school, then continue until he worked at a law firm. What is required of the victim is to be a spy at the firm where he worked. Recruitment a la CIA with a weapon of blackmail in the form of a video recorded at the time he was in college.

Throughout the novel I wondered, when will the tension element start? Who is the enemy of this young man? Where's the surprise? The whole plot is flat. Not to mention the ending, unclear!

Sorry to say but I must admit that this novel is boring. :(

(John Grisham, The Associate)

The Missing Nut

Once a young man returning from the house of a girl. How shocked he was when the front tires encounter Mercedes leaked total. More surprised when he saw the whole nut in the right front wheel disappeared without a trace. He was aware of having bullied by someone. But who? Why? He does not know the cause. Lest this Madman, he thought. But all this time the Madman never do anything about it.

As he paced to think way out, he mumbled absently. Spare tire is there. But what's the point if all the nuts are missing. His foreign graduate brain played and played all out. However it's a deadend. He's really hopeless.

Amid the confusion and impasse, his ears suddenly heard the sound of the Madman. "Hahaha, you're the rich fool. Nuts remaining 12, really confused? Just take each one from the tire, so you get 3 nuts each tire. Hahaha, basic crazy, stupid, stupid!" the Madman rantings so laughing.

Although span and angry, but the young man was also realized. Why so stupid foreign brains and was defeated soundly by a madman? Looking the Madman with thanked sign, he then clean up the tires. His sweat thoroughly flushed all of his arrogancy.

Above the sky there is still another sky.

What Is 8 Times 3? It's 23!

The Teacher of Wisdom has many students who come from different social backgrounds, ethnicities, and religions. Never had he refused to prospective students. The rule should really learn. He was disappointed with the lazy student.

The White is the brightest students of the Master of Wisdom. One day he challenged the most stupid pupil. "White, if you really clever, try to answer how many 8 x 3 that?". White Spontaneously directly mention the number 24. "Wrong," says the Fool, "The truth is 23!"

Soon the two students are arguing endlessly. Each maintains its own truth. Each insisted, and no one would budge. Can not stand prolonged debate, the Stupid White then challenged the bet, "White way, if 8 x 3 = 24, you're the right thing. I would slit my throat rod itself. But if that really turns 23, you must remove your hat."

Beautiful with Plastic

Beautiful with Plastic. This is the prime topic of Kick Andy Metro TV broadcast. Many of the reasons why these topics are presented for the first time. One of them is a lot of artists who quietly perform plastic surgery for more confident when appearing in public.

Not only that, plastic surgery has also caused casualties. In 2004, a student named Hilda who was then aged 20 years died after injection with liquid collagen at a salon in Jakarta.

Airframe

The damn things weigh half a million pounds, fly a third of the way around the world, and they carry passengers in greater comfort and safety than any vehicle in the history of mankind. Now, are you fellas really going to stand there and tell us you know how to do the job better? Are you going to pretend you know anything about it at all? 'Cause it looks to me like you boys are just stirring folks up for your own reasons.

(Aviation legend Charley Norton, 78, speaking to reporters in 1970 after an airplane crash)
Emily Jansen sighed in relief. The long flight was nearing an end. Morning sunlight streamed through the windows of the airplane. In her lap, little Sarah squinted in the unaccustomed brightness as she noisily sucked the last of her bottle, and pushed it away with tiny fists.

One Thing That Programmers Don't Care About

They don't care about money, actually, unless you're screwing up on the other things. If you start to hear complaints about salaries where you never heard them before, that's usually a sign that people aren't really loving their job. If potential new hires just won't back down on their demands fot outlandish salaries, you're probably dealing with a case of people who are thinking, "Well, if it's going to have to suck to go to work, at least I should be getting paid well."

That doesn't mean you can undepay people, because they do care about justice, and they will get infuriated if they find out that different people are getting different salaries for the same work, or that everyone in your shop down the road, and suddenly money will be a big issue. You do have to pay competitively, but all said, of all the things that programmers look at in deciding where to work, as long as the salaries are basically fair, they will be surprisingly low on their list of considerations, and offering high salaries is a suprisingly ineffective tool in overcoming problems like the fact that programmers get 15" monitors and salespeople yell at them all the time and the job involves making nuclear weapons out of baby seals.
